Your skipper Barrie, and mate Gill have both experienced transatlantic crossings, and Mediterranean sailing. They have been in the Caribbean for many years, and have sought out the world's most interesting cruising grounds.
Barrie is an accomplished captain and makes it all look too easy. He knows the best spot in each anchorage along the route, and will ensure that you always have ample access to great swimming and snorkeling, the beach, and the nightlife. His knowledge of the Caribbean and of the Great Barrier Reef of Belize is vast, and he is more than willing to share a bit of the history of each spot that you visit. Barrie (Captain Baz for short) is also a wiz on the BBQ.
Gill is an absolute artist in the galley. She creates masterpiece combinations of tropical fish, fruits, and vegetables, and combines that with some stateside staples to craft some of the best food you've ever eaten. In addition to being your hostess and first mate, Gill is also an excellent snorkeler and diver. When not on charter, she spends every spare moment exploring each reef and cove, and can always point you in the direction of some new underwater treasure to uncover.
