Cambridge Scientific Solutions was formed in 2002 to build on the initial inventions of Ian Lee which had been marketed successfully in the UK over 2 years.
The company was formed to change the system to conform to all European legislation and to develop performance through scientific investigation and long term practical installations. The initial patent was obtained in 2004 and a further performance enhancing worldwide patent in September 2006.

Scientific testing was independently undertaken by the “International Centre of Brewing and Distilling” at Heriot Watt University for over 16 weeks in 3 trade locations using microbiological and biochemical techniques in first class laboratories to test quality. This testing validated the “in trade performance”.
The company is now organised with local partners who are trained and supported to install the system and support clients with good local service
National accounts have approved the system following the validation by the ICBD at Heriot watt University.
