Trained by the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine and now practicing for a number of years as a therapist. Home based at Clachan, but working in and around Kintyre and Mid Argyll. Incorporates a number of healing practices into each individual session with clients. Specialises in stress and anxiety related problems using full body massage, aromatic oils and energy channeling techniques. Part-time tutor for Argyll College and James Watt College.
I was born in Finland in 1941. 1 used to be a cartographer in Finland, and I was a sporty person. I traveled all over Scandinavia and went to Sri Lanka and India. In 1980 I moved to Scotland with my first husband and our son. Since then I have had various life experiences. I have lived in Clachan nearly 20 years now. While living in Clachan I have had three foster children to make my life more interesting.
I did Reiki I and II about 10 years ago. My fascination with colours led me to become a diploma Colour therapist in 1999 and on the same year I got a certificate in Dr Jacob Liberman's Phototherapy. In 2000 I received a diploma in Colour puncture. In 2002-03 1 studied Touch for Health (Kinesiology). I have used both Homeopathic medicines and Bach Flower remedies for the last 25 years and during three, years ago I got interested in the Spagyric-medicines, which is a blend of herbal medicine, homeopathy, aromatherapy and mineral therapy for holistic healing. The latest addition is Thai- foot massage. All of my therapies are dealing with the energy and I also practice energy meditation. When I am not treating any clients I give little talks and do various other jobs and travel the world again!
