BEE Consulting is a Seattle based consulting firm that was formed to provide expert consulting concerning engineering design issues and related lawsuits for our local clients. We are composed of experienced professional engineers who have experience in both engineering design and forensic engineering relating to mechanical, metallurgical, and building envelope failures. Each senior engineer at BEE has over 30 years deep and varied experience in their specific profession. This includes legal testimony.
The widespread failures of conventional buildings constructed since the mid 80's point to the urgent need for the careful design of new structures. With our extensive 'hands-on' experience of both the problems and the solutions required by today's construction, BEE Consulting has been able to assist many projects to a successful, leak free conclusion.
BEE Consulting works with both the architect and developer to provide the most cost effective, yet practical solutions to choosing exterior cladding systems, roofing, windows, etc. We then work with the contractor to ensure that the various components are assembled correctly using mock-ups where possible.
