Becky Measures is a young woman from Bakewell in Derbyshire who was diagnosed with a genetic disorder that gave her over an 80% chance of developing breast cancer, she opted to have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery before her life was at risk, becoming the youngest women in the UK to have this surgery, using her status as a local celbraty on the breakfast show of radio station Peak fm, Becky has dedicated a vast amount of time and energy in raising the awarness of breast cancer and fund raising for Genesis.
