Back in 1990 I started cruising to car shows and setting up my display of t-shirts and Beats-Um-All products. The old Chevy pickup I was driving was getting pretty tired and it was time for a new play toy to pull my trailer.
I found this 1988 Chevy Silverado and started playing with it. First, I lowered the truck by using Bell Tech 2" spindles and springs and in the rear I used shackles and hangers to give it a drop of 4" up front and a drop of 4" in the rear. I put a set of Billet Specialties wheels and ran 15x7 up front with 215/70/15 BFG tires and 15x8 wheels in the rear with 275/60/15 BFG tires. I left the stock 350 engine and added a torque cam.
As for the paint, I went with indigo met blue on top and used super white on the lower part of the truck. The graphics on the truck are from House of Colors, a silver marble to break up the two-tone paint along with a Good Hood and phantom grill.
