- Bear Ridge Systems was formed March 27, 2001. The owner, Robert Chibante has been in the security system industry since 1979. I began as an technician with a major nation wide company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Shortly thereafter, I became the installation / service manager. I have always believed that the customer should always get the best service and quality work that I can provide. Just because we live in a rural area does not mean would should be lower on the priority list for service or that we don't need the best the market has to offer for a fair price. Service is my main concern afterall, my name is on everything I install. Since I live in the area I understand the economics of the area the best I can, and can assure you I will not try to over sell you things you don't need. However, I can offer anything you could imagine for security if that is what you want.
