More than two years ago, when I asked students such as yourself what their apartment hunting experiences were like, I repeatedly heard the same types of descriptions-words like "frustrating", "tough", and "stressful". With apartment managers working to make the process simple and get their info in your hands, the search for housing should not be so difficult. There was a problem.
Like most students, you have probably spent many days visiting leasing offices trying to gather whatever information you can about each place. That information then had to be sorted through to dissect the information that you find important. There had to be an easier way.
Bear Cribs was designed to form an effective bridge between apartment management and Baylor students. Information can now be shared without the burden faced in the past. If you are just looking for a cheap place, search for that price range. If you are looking for a furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that is close to campus and has ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and a balcony, you can search for it as well.
