Natural Holistic Health was founded by Kim Gray, Naturopathic Doctor, as a resource for wellness education, alternative therapy, adjunctive referrals and counseling. After years of study in many alternative health care modalities as well as conventional medicine, Kim completed clinical hypnotherapy and Naturopathic Doctoral studies dedicated to a holistic approach to total wellness. It is our belief that through awareness, we are able to achieve a more abundant life that can extend well beyond or current expectations, We believe that we can create a life that is not limited by degenerative disease. It is our goal to provide adjunctive therapies that enhance total wellness, education to allow abundant life through conscious lifestyle choices, and tranquility in the spirit through peaceful living.
