Yearwood & Co. is a firm of barristers that was established in the North Surrey/Port Kells area in 1998 by Patrick Yearwood. We do primarily courtroom work, with the bulk of our practice in the areas of personal injury litigation and WCB litigation. We act mainly for plaintiffs in personal injury actions although we also do some insurance defense work.
Our experienced trial and appellate counsel regularly appear at all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta, including the Federal Court of Canada. Both Patrick Yearwood and Don McCrimmon have been practicing law for over 25 years and have extensive trial experience and experience in handling all manners of disputes and claims.
Chris Dyson has been with the firm since its inception and has a busy personal injury and WCB claims practice, as well as doing a fair amount of family law maters and general corporate and commercial litigation.
