When I started this business in 1990, nothing could have prepared me for the huge and continued growth in this industry . I was "dog walking" on my own, and walking about 10 dogs a day. We are currently walking over 1 6 0 dogs a day with a staff of nine . It is the years of experience and the fact that we dot our i’s and cross our t’s that Barking Along is the largest and most respected service in it ' s field.
It is important that you as a consumer evaluate the company that you choose to look after your pet very carefully.
We at Barking Along have very specific rules of conduct when it comes to walking and sitting the dogs. Because I alone do the scheduling, I can make sure that there are never too many dogs on the group. My maximum on a group walk is six dogs. Each walker is walking between 15-30 dogs a day in groups of 4-6 and some dogs are walked individual ly based on their needs. The same rules apply to our boarding dogs.
