Developer, commercial real estate broker, consultant and investment advisor over a career of 35 years, Princeton has extensive experience in the acquisition, analysis, disposition and development of commercial and residential real estate. He practiced in Florida and Georgia before returning to Baton Rouge in 1978 to continue the family legacy of real estate services to the community. He is a past president and current director of the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and active as liaison with the Planning Commission, Department of Public Works and as a member of the Mayor's committee on Smart Growth. Princeton received his BS degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University of Florida.

The original founder of Bardwell & Sons in 1946, Stan Bardwell set out on a remarkable real estate career first as a broker and later as residential developer and home builder. Within a couple of years in business, Stan partnered with Bob Holloway, former assistant director of Civil Service. Capitalizing on the post war return and special home buying incentives, Bardwell & Holloway never looked back with the creation of dozens of developments including Forest Oaks, Woodlawn, College Drive Heights, and Merrydale to name a few. The firm also built over 3,000 homes in subdivisions all across Baton Rouge. Bardwell and Holloway, as a business team, did much to change the face of Baton Rouge. The firm was the first to introduce and promote a subdivision ordinance calling for strict improvements within the city such as sidewalks and curb and gutter for sub-surface drainage. Most of these changes were inspired by their efforts to attract outside investors to the community. With a salesman's flamboyancy, Stan got on a plane and beat a steady path to the doors of all the leading bankers in New York and Chicago. What is more, he and Bob also prepared a dramatic brochure replete with pictures which they called "The Face of a Changing City" in an effort to sell Baton Rouge to investors. Their plan worked as they drew in some 25 investors for their projects. Stan's efforts in building Baton Rouge have benefited the community and provided a stable platform from which is continued the tradition of excellence at Bardwell Development.
