Through many performances there is something that I have learned, the most important thing for me is using my voice to communicate with everyone in the room. My goal is to send a special energy to each individual. When the energy starts the crowd seems to come together. This is rewarding for me as a performer and creates a more enjoyable experience for the audience. Many of my friends began to call my performances:"Barbara's Jazz Therapy".
