This site is not an official site for B and Q it is a site by a loyal customer (I will be posting photos of all the products I purchased from B and Q to prove my "loyality"). The purpose of this site is to show how B and Q value loyality and how they react when a customer has a problem . Do they imply that the "loyal Customer" is a cheat and a liar ? I will be creating a forum for other like minded "loyal Customers" in the near future.
