Traditional Choi Lee Fut Kung Fu School
A Chinese Kung Fu school dedicated to sharing the knowledge of traditional Choi Lee Fut to the Canadian public. Classes cover traditional self defence techniques, throws, groundwork and include a muscle and strength training segment to improve power. Children's and women's self defence classes are also available.
Features a blog with a variety of articles covering a whole range of martial arts related topics, such as combat styles, weaponry, equipment and history for the education of any dedicated martial artist. Everything you need to know about martial arts and related issues is available, as well as tips on how to excel in combat with power and strength building regimens developed by world renown sports experts that you can do at home or at the gym. Each article is written from the unbiased perspective of martial artists with over two decades of experience in various styles originating in Korea, China and Japan.
