The company was founded in 1997 as Great American Bagel Factory. Today, trading as Bagel Factory, the company has 60 locations throughout the UK and Ireland. The company uses a proprietary blend of high-protein flour, which is milled especially for the Bagel Factory from wheat imported from America, making our bagels the “American Original”. The bagels are made and baked in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness.
