Back on Track serves patients as a consultant in the area of which treatments have lower success rates and which have higher success rates for certain conditions.
To these ends, Back on Track is constantly testing and researching clinical techniques related to the back and spine and serves as a consultant for doctors in patient management care. Back on Track has been able to stay independent and not promote any particular treatment.
Although Back on Track works to dispel the misconception of chiropractic simply because it has been proven to be the most effective non-invasive method of treatment, we do not ignore the fact that there are a small percentage of cases that do require surgery, cortisone and other pain management methods. However, our recommendations are always that you exhaust all other avenues before surgery and it is our job to guide you in exploring those other avenues.
