BackCare is an independent charity based in the United Kingdom which is working to reduce the impact that back pain has on our lives. We offer practical and emotional support for people who endure chronic pain. We run branches across the country to encourage self-help and offer a range of activities such as hydrotherapy and exercise classes. We fund patient orientated research into the causes and treatments of back pain.
