Our Prediction
Winner – These two juggernauts are so evenly poised. Both teams are beautiful, talented, sexy, young and popular. Both teams will definitely be somewhere near the top once the official tournament begins.
However, we believe that England might just edge this one out. With Keeley Hazell’s internet fan base in UK and around the world it will be a tough task to stop the ladies from England. In addition, Kelly Brook has the ability to step the English into overdrive once people realize that scientists have recognised her as the perfect woman. The Australians will have to rely on their adorable personalities to charm voters. However, a team with Miranda Kerr should never be discounted.
In terms of the football pedigree, the English have been struggling in men’s football (failing to even qualify for Euro 2008 - how embarrassing!) and are desperate to get a leg up on the Australians, who seem to dominate them in many major sports (e.g. Cricket – Ashes and the Commonwealth Games). The Australians play “Aussie Rules” or AFL and will be very physical and energetic. With the likes of Cheryl Cole (wife of Ashley Cole – Chelsea full-back) and Keira Knightley (star of Bend it Like Beckham) the Brits will be keen to show off their skills and tricks.
