James Allen, owner of Auto Pro To Call is a Chapel Hill native. Born and raised just outside of Chapel Hill at a country store-service station, his automotive experience started early. James came to this location in 1984 as a manager when it was owned by a local chain of tire stores and worked himself into a position to purchase the business in 1991.
