Description
Shane and Diane currently live in Pattaya, Thailand where they have been since 2000, where they owned and managed the well known and popular "Universe Gym" .
In November 2005, they decided to sell the gym to focus on other business commitments, as well as the opportunity to spend more quality time as a family, traveling and their other other interests.
Shane, the 1995 Mr. Universe Class 3 winner, has also won the NABBA Mr. Australasia twice, and the IFBB Heavyweight Mr. Australasia title. Plans to compete at the 2001 Professional Universe were brought to a halt after Shane fell ill with severe bronchitis/asthma and a lung infection 6 weeks before he was due to compete. At the moment, Shane has no plans on competing as he is back motorbike racing after nearly 11 years after retiring from professional racing. His first race back was in Jan 2003 at Zhu Hai International Circuit in China, where he and racing partner Nick won their class.
