Aurora Foods was incorporated in 1996 as a producer and marketer of well-known branded food products. However, irregularities in their financial statements resulted in their eventual bankruptcy. Emerging from bankruptcy, they were acquired by Pinnacle Foods Corporation in May of 2004. The web domain has been kept active but the web site itself is no longer operational and displays only a message to that effect when visited.
