Description
Audiologic Consultants, Inc., was founded in 1984 by James L. Shafer, M.A., FAAA. Staffed with Pennsylvania state licensed and nationally certified audiologists and Doctors of Audiology, we are the largest audiology practice in central Pennsylvania. Convenient, state-of-the-art offices are located in Camp Hill, Lancaster and York.
Our audiologists have an average of seven-and-a-half years of experience and 1 to 20 years of employment with Audiologic Consultants. All of our audiologists are highly trained in the assessment, identification, prevention and non-medical treatment of hearing loss, balance disorders and tinnitus.
In addition to our office practice, we provide contractual services to local acute care and rehabilitation hospitals and retirement communities. We also provide audiology services by direct referral from primary care physicians, pediatricians, and local otolaryngologists. Using the most technologically advanced equipment, our audiologists are able to provide a complete range of audiology services to patients of all ages.
