This Vintage Victorian house in Owego, New York was built in the late 1800s by Thomas Collier Platt. You can feel the history as you enter this grand old mansion. Platt who served in both the US House of Representatives and the US Senate was largely responsible for Theodore Roosevelt’s rise to power.
