My name is Mike Lancaster. Our sports recruiting service started when my father Ken and I worked together through the recruiting process to help me apply for track and cross-country scholarships.
We found it extremely difficult to gather information about how to apply for scholarships. Contacting colleges and coaches as well as trying to work through the maze of rules imposed by the NCAA was not easy. Especially not knowing the information that the college coaches wanted to know about me.
Through our hard work I was offered over 40 Track Scholarships around the country. I have been a 2-time representative of the Australian Triathlon team and placed 10
