JUCO RECRUITING is dedicated to helping student-athletes apply for and receive community and junior college scholarships. The concept or idea for a stand alone recruiting service was first discussed by a group of NJCAA coaches and parents who approached me to assist them with setting up the service. They were concerned that athletes at this level were not getting the help and assistance from other services that concentrated on NCAA and NAIA schools.
My name is Ken Lancaster and I am the president of JUCO RECRUITING. My background is in the industrial relations area and track and field. I am still a registered athlete and am president of the Traralgon Harriers Athletic Club. I have a ongoing commitment to education and am a past president of my local high school council. I still compete, mainly in marathons and multi sports events and as an athlete and a parent I can identify with athletes and their dreams.
The sports recruiting process is not easy, at the community college level it can be difficult for athletes to make themselves known to the college coaches. With our help your professionally prepared athletic resume will be sent to the head coach of your sport at every junior college in the country.
