Who: All athletes, in all sports, ages 13 and up, looking to improve their agility, speed, quickness, reaction time and power. What: Eight week program of flexibility, running, jumping and core training, two times per week. Using high speed treadmills and vibrationplatforms. *Once the athletes begins he/she has nine weeks to complete the sessions. No refunds.
