This is an attempt to predict volatility in stocks and commodities markets through astrology.Financial data of almost 90 years was inputted in an astrological software and attempt was made to establish any correlation between movement of planets and movement in stocks and commodities prices. At this point no fool proof correlation is established between movement of planets and increase and decrease in stocks and commodities prices. However, an interesting result was discovered.
