Welcome to the web site of the Northern Rockies Chapter (NRC) of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)! ASTD is the largest organization in the world dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals with more than 40,000 members in the United States and another 20,000+ abroad as part of its global network. The national organization and its local chapters are nonprofit. The Northern Rockies Chapter serves northern Colorado and Wyoming.
