HORRIBLE company. I wouldn't doubt they have 2000 customers under assumed names which is another reason for slow customer support. Nothing but problems after being a long time customer for years with them. Takes weeks for them to respond and even when its a problem on their end they blame the customer. They have ONE person working customer service which is the same idiot running this horrible company. Theres pleanty of hosting companies who have better prices, support and service. Go with ANYBODY ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS! I had used them for about 4 years with no problems. I unfortunately have over a dozen domains with them. My main one was up for renewal. I paid and they didn't renew it. I am screwed now and don't know how to rescue my domains I have.
- STEP AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!
The website is down, totally! I can't login to even transfer out my domains - this is crazy! I have been trying to email for weeks now, finally got a auto reply back from 
saying that only a trouble ticket lodged from within the system will be responded to - catch 22 - I can't login to the system to tell them, the system isn't WORKING! DUH!

BEWARE!!!
the support team is MIA. i've been happily using their services for the last 4 years. They've recently they've charged my card, but have not updated my domains. if they don't respond, it will severely damage my online business... well, basically nullify it. aaahhhhh!!!! i'd use google domain instead.

Blacklist them!
- They take money for registering the domain name then no further action...
Now my domain names are in Limbo. No refund, no service. Support is unresponsive.
