- Associated Writers began in 1984 when a group of writers with doctoral and masters degrees in a variety of academic fields formed an association to meet the writing needs of future doctoral and masters candidates.
- The mission of Associated Writers is to assist in the design, research, writing, and editing of dissertations, theses, and journal articles.
- Associated Writers will remain with and support accepted clients until the conclusion of the dissertation/thesis requirement is met. Assistance is also available in the preparation of articles which meet the requirements of scholarly journals and periodicals.
