Our products are distributed from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Meet The FounderHi, my name is Florence Luo, founder and design director of ALC. I grew up in rural China and attended university in the city of Nanjing. I came to the US in 1991 to attend graduate school at the University of Minnesota.
