- Artistop Ltd, a new company established in 2003 and based in Southport, Merseyside. Our website, artistop.co.uk, has been constructed using a state of the art data management system / search engine. Members of the Artistop Community are given their own mini site, which will enable them to exhibit their works to a world-wide audience. The Company is headed by Paul Hamilton who graduated with a B.A. Hons. Degree in Illustration from the University of Central Lancashire in 2001. Paul is responsible for the art side of the Company, and designing the individual character profiles for each member. He is assisted by Wes and Kristjan who control the technical side and Alison, David and Robert who run the Administrative part of the Company.
