- The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning, as practiced at The Art of Control®, offers both individual and group training, independent work for experienced students, individual sessions at home for students otherwise unable to come to the studio, and group and individual Mat classes. There is also the opportunity for those dedicated to the method to become instructors. The studio also offers massage therapy and other bodywork services. The Art of Control® is the first studio in upper Westchester that descends directly - in its methods and in its certification - from Joseph Pilates himself. Every instructor at The Art of Control® has been trained and Certifie d by the Master teacher, Romana Kryzanowska, who was herself, trained by Joseph Pilates.
