ArtCards started because of my frustration at not being able to source all the quality products needed for completing my Cards and Scrapbook Layouts locally. I decided that I would start my business with the aim of sourcing and supplying not only all the NEW products as they were released by the big name Manufacturers, but also by supplying as many unusual and hard to find products as well so that no matter what project you are starting, you will be able to get what you need from us.
