- The Noah's Ark Project is a non profit organization without any government support. As a public charity organization is only supported for the charity of the public and the only income that supports the shelter are the fees charged for adoption. These fees must cover expenses such as rent, electricity, oil, and also medication and doctors which are the most expensive items in our budget. Unfortunately, fees are not going to pay salaries - we are an ALL volunteer organization with a Board of Directors and higher employees.
