President: Charles is a graduate of Norwich University and Cochise College. A former United States Marine Corps Infantry Sergeant and later promoted to an Intelligence Officer, Charles has seventeen years management experience. After his service, Charles spent six years working as a senior intelligence consultant to the DoD, CIA, DIA, NGA, CIFA and many other entities. Charles served various tours overseas in numerous countries.
