- On May 1st, 1974, Arlymear Travel Company, Limited was founded by the then president of the company, the late Mr. Glenn Stallard, after having purchased the assets of the then-defunct Trans Asia Travel Co., Ltd. Which had been established by one of Germany's largest charter-tour operators (NUR) to handle its clients to Thailand but had found itself in unsolvable financial difficulties.
