- about the artist
- wendy gough began making masks in 1995 as a student at the Dell’Arte School of Physical Theatre in Blue Lake, California. She has taught a Mask Improv and Performance class at Wayne State University in Detroit in 1998.
- Her masks have gone to five continents and appeared in many productions, most recently in St. Louis Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, Berkeley Repertory Theatre's Menocchio, (Lillian Groag), ICAP's The Rope, the Classical Theatre Lab’s The Iliad and For the Love of a Nightingale, Theatre of the Arts’ Playing with the Gods, Antaeus' The Ugly Duckling & The Proof of the Promise, Zapata High School's productions of Medea and Blood Wedding, the Knightsbridges’ The Mandragola, as well as many productions of A Servant of Two Masters.
