- AquaDocks was established in 2000 by myself,Alonzo Knowles in response to the needs of the waterfront community.I spent my summers as a youth on an island in Georgian Bay, Ontario,where until aprox 30 - 35 years ago, most docks were built on underwater crib systems.Then, with the changing water levels and new technology,came the introduction of the floating dock.
- With the introduction of the floating dock,many cottagers found that they were able to minimize the time spent on repairs to cribs , and figuring out what to do about annualy changing water levels,and spend more time enjoying their summers!!Floating docks are always at the proper level for getting in and out of boats and require very little maintenance if properly configured.
