I sued the State of Arizona on the same issued and won. I have sued the Philippine government for banning me from the country over someone claiming I was abusing Filipinas for my business. I not only won that case, but hold a VIP pass to enter the country by court order! I do not need a visa to go there or stay there. Customs clearance has been waived.
