- Another 9 Months came to be after my twin pregnancy in 2002. Since I was expecting twins I was outgrowing clothes so fast, it was ridiculous. I went from a size 14 to 22 in a few short months. It was then I realized a need for a maternity resale shop. Really, maternity clothes are only worn for a few months and then what? Most women pass them on to a friend who's close to their size. Or, save them - just in case they need them again. Well, now you can trade them in as you grow. What a concept! Another 9 Months opened October 2003 and has really taken off.
