- In July 2007, Anne was awarded a fellowship by the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. She will be among 20 fellow visual artists, writers and composers focusing on their own creative projects at a working retreat near Sweet Briar College in September. A typical residency ranges from two weeks to two months. An artist is provided with a private studio, accommodations and meals in a distraction-free atmosphere.
