pulled from site's meta descriptioncoming to know each other through a mutual friend at the desert rave festival in colorado in 2002, shay raban (aka dj earthian) and oleg slepak (aka slepako) found a common ground to combine their skills to produce cutting edge dance music. soon, after several sessions in a cozy studio in boulder, they release 2 tracks on the compilation for the small label out of NYC (http://www.polarlightmusic.com) under the name of B.R.A.Z.I.L. a year and a half of separaion, while shay was gaining a repuation of a versatile and virtuoso dj in nyc and oleg was completing his studies in sound engineering in australia, played a vital role in defining current sound of animaltek, where wide spectrum of musical influences, from hardcore rock to trippy cyber-disco, brought together in a unique and carefully crafted harmonious fusion of electronic dance music. at the moment animaltek is busy preparing a live set, that will surely be a dance floor ripper worldwide.......... tune in...........
