- Circle Angkur is a Wiccan circle formed in the autumn of 1994 and based out of San Diego, California. The word "Angkur" is Tibetan, and means "energy used rightly, self-mastery, self-enlightenment". As the name implies, Circle Angkur is dedicated to a tradition that involves extensive energy work for increased self-knowledge and mastery in service to the Divine. We are dedicated to teaching and to worship of the Divine (both Goddess and God) in all aspects and pantheons.
