- Jim Nuzzi and a couple of buddies started leasing a few hundred acres back in 1988 for their personal hunting use and to produce several videos that would later become the popular “ Jim Nuzzi Presents” series. Two years later, after having the opportunity to lease additional land, Jim started running fully guided hunts on about 800 acres of prime farmland. The response to these guided hunts in Southern New Jersey, a big buck haven and well kept secret, was tremendous. Jim received many requests for seasonal access to these lands and in 1995 started providing seasonal memberships to about 40 members.
