American Architectural Iron Co., Inc. was founded by Russian immigrants in 1896, over one hundred and ten years ago as a blacksmith shop. We have grown over the decades to become one of the largest Miscellaneous Metals and Light Structural fabricators and erectors in New England. The company has been continuously operated by the Sisson family in the same two block area of East Boston since it’s inception. Matthew Sisson became the sole proprietor of the corporation in 2007.
