I'm afraid I have had rather bad experiences with Al. He needs to talk for hours to you in order to place the order. He lost my phone number and when he was asking for it, he started to call me awful names and now I wonder if I'm getting my money back as he refuses to talk on anything but a land line in the evenings.
He never gives paper quotes and apparently keeps track of his invoices very poorly since he now says he never got any money. He has good prices, but they aren't very good if you have to do this just to get a heater.
(Another experience with Al) Received a 10:00 pm Sat. night response for a price quote. He was, as far as I could tell, very, very drunk. Talked on and on about his childhood, crooked heating dealers, etc. When he sensed that my wife was getting impatient with the length of the call he began a tirade against all women that was really off the wall. When he finally gave me a quote and I said I would have to think about it, I got another tirade in which I was called some names and then he hung up on me. This guy has serious problems and I write this in the hope that someone who knows him can try to get him some help. In the meantime, as far as I'm concerned, no matter how good his prices might me, I would be afraid to do business with him.
