ALMI blockcutters have a long service life and guarantee trouble-free operation. ALMI has been manufacturing block cutters for more than 35 years. ALMI block cutters are welded by an automated welding cell. Robotised welding is feasible only when the parts to be welded are supplied in perfect condition: it yields a high-quality product. Pipegrinders
ALMI’s pipegrinders are sturdy, precision machines. They operate at high speeds and consequently their stability has a great influence on the ultimate result. Stainless-steel sections and pipes can be machined problem free, at high speed without grinding burrs or heat discolouration. The grinding rollers can be changed without tools in just seconds, saving an enormous amount of time and money! The grinding belt can also be changed very easily from one side of the machine. Once the sections and pipes have been ground they can be deburred using the handy deburring table on top of the machine. ALMI machines with lever operation are suitable for left and right-handed operators. Moreover, the welding robots contribute to the achievement of a consistent high quality.
ALMI’s rapid and simple assembly processes are supported by a Kan Ban-system that is in direct contact with the company’s suppliers.
ALMI purchased pipe-welding technology immediately it became available on the market, as a result of which ALMI has acquired a wealth of experience in welding pipes – and is now in the vanguard by virtue of the company’s proposals for innovative product changes that frequently result in economical, high-quality production, all to the benefit of ALMI’s customers.
