- In my early twenties I had an extended period of therapy, which transformed my life. I have a passion for supporting people on their healing journey, acting as a compassionate witness to someone’s unfolding life story.
- I trained with Nick Totton (a psychotherapist, trainer and author based in West Yorkshire) receiving a diploma in Embodied-Relational Therapy. ERT is a new form of psychotherapy, which integrates body-oriented work, psychodynamic therapy, process approaches and spirituality.
